Special Olympics week in Newton County kicked off with a parade through Covington, and our opening ceremonies.
This banner was created by our wonderful Special Education Department at Palmer-Stone Elementary. Thanks to Laure, Mayra, Sherry, and Sandy for heading up the project! |
Ms. Sandy let us use her trailer, and the banner was displayed on it. |
